Download your EA
Sign in to the Client Dashboard and download the compiled NeoFX .ex5 file. Keep the file and license key private.
In MT5, open File → Open Data Folder → MQL5 → Experts. Copy the .ex5 file into that folder, then refresh Navigator or restart MT5.

Allow NeoFX WebRequest
Open Tools → Options → Expert Advisors, enable WebRequest for listed URLs, and add https://neofxsniper.com.

Attach the EA
Drag the NeoFX Expert Advisor from Navigator onto the chart and review the Common and Inputs tabs.

Enable Algo Trading
Allow algorithmic trading in the EA settings and enable Algo Trading in MT5 only after reviewing the parameters.

Confirm activation
The license status should become ACTIVE and be associated with the authorized MT5 account and broker server.
TESTER MODE
Strategy Tester detected
Online WebRequest validation is skipped in Strategy Tester. Live and demo charts require normal licensing.
Why does the EA show DENIED?+
The activation limit may be reached or the current account may not match the entitlement. Review your dashboard activations and license status.
Does the EA work when the license server is temporarily unavailable?+
A recently validated installation may receive limited offline grace. New licensed activity is blocked after the grace period expires until connectivity returns.
Why is WebRequest skipped in Strategy Tester?+
MetaTrader Strategy Tester does not support normal WebRequest behavior. Live and demo charts still require online license validation.
What information should I send to support?+
Include your purchase email, order number, license status, MT5 account reference, broker server, and a concise description. Never send passwords or API keys.
