4. Account Activation

A software license may be associated with one or more authorized trading accounts depending on the license purchased.

Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, commodities, and other leveraged instruments involves substantial risk.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether automated trading is appropriate for your financial circumstances and risk tolerance.

Neo FX Sniper Pro does not guarantee profits, specific returns, win rates, trading frequency, or protection against losses.

Historical, backtested, simulated, demo, or live performance may differ materially from future results.

You remain responsible for your trading account, broker selection, leverage, lot sizing, software settings, VPS, connectivity, execution environment, and overall risk management.

8. Software Availability

We may update, modify, maintain, suspend, or discontinue software features when reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, performance, or product development.

9. Intellectual Property

Neo FX Sniper Pro, its software, branding, website design, documentation, content, and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective owner unless otherwise stated.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Neo FX Sniper Pro and its operators shall not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, loss of opportunity, broker execution issues, market events, connectivity failures, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the software.
