These Terms govern your access to and use of NeoFX websites, software, documentation, downloads, accounts, licensing, and related services.

NeoFX provides automated trading software for supported MetaTrader platforms. The software is not financial advice, brokerage, portfolio management, or a guarantee of performance.

After successful purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license according to the plan purchased.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify, copy, share, bypass licensing controls, or provide unauthorized access to the software except where applicable law expressly permits.

A license may be linked to one or more authorized trading accounts. Limits depend on the purchased plan. Unauthorized sharing may result in suspension or termination.

Prices and entitlements are validated during checkout. Digital delivery and access depend on verified payment and the applicable product or plan.

You decide whether automated trading suits your circumstances. NeoFX does not guarantee profit, return, win rate, trading frequency, or protection against loss.

You remain responsible for your account, broker, leverage, lot sizing, software settings, VPS, connectivity, execution environment, and risk controls.

NeoFX may update, maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, performance, or development.

NeoFX software, branding, website design, documentation, and related content remain protected intellectual property unless stated otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, NeoFX and its operators are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, market events, broker issues, connectivity failures, or indirect losses.
