Neo FX Sniper Pro is delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped.
When Delivery Happens
Delivery begins after the payment provider confirms a successful payment and our system verifies the corresponding order. In most cases, digital access is generated automatically shortly after payment confirmation.
What Customers Receive
Depending on the purchase and account status, delivery may include access through the Client Dashboard, a software download, a license key, installation information, and a transactional confirmation email.
Email Delivery
Customers should provide a valid and accessible email address during checkout. Transactional emails may be delayed or filtered by the receiving mail provider. Please check spam or junk folders if an expected message does not appear.
Client Dashboard
Where account access is available, customers should sign in using the same verified email address associated with the purchase. Eligible purchases may then appear in the Client Dashboard.
Download Security
Download links may be temporary, authenticated, or otherwise access-controlled for security. Customers should not publicly share license keys, secure download links, or account credentials.
Delivery Delays
Delivery may occasionally be delayed because of payment review, payment-provider processing, network outages, email-provider delays, maintenance, fraud-prevention checks, or other technical issues.
If You Do Not Receive Access
Contact support@neofxsniper.com and include your purchase email and order number. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, API keys, or other sensitive credentials.
License Conditions
Product use remains subject to the license limits and the Terms of Service. A license may be restricted, suspended, or revoked in accordance with those terms, including after a valid payment reversal or refund.
